DESCRIPTION: \nLife brings all kinds of obstacles, and it's a skill to navigate this journey by finding inner lightness, freedom, and ease. By connecting with our bodies through our senses, movement, and stillness, we find simple ways to meet life with openness, curiosity, and joy. In this retreat, we will explore how mindfulness, sharing thoughts out loud, and accessible practices can bring us greater contentment in our daily lives. The day will be broken up into three parts: Body Awareness, Mind Awareness, and Reflection. What you will gain from this experience is that nothing needs changing; awareness will bring change.\nDate & Time: Saturday, April 10th, from 10am to 4pm\nCost/Sliding Scale:\n$40 - $60 - $80\nPresenter: Raditia Lasry\n\nAbout the Presenter: \nRaditia Lasry, was born to an Indonesian mother and a German Father. She grew up in Switzerland and now works as a mindfulness teacher and Author in the United States. Throughout her life, she had the opportunity to engage with diverse cultures, religions, beliefs, and worldviews that shaped her vision of the relevance of being human. \nIn the past seven years, she has focused on bringing mindfulness, including meditation and yoga, to various sectors, from corporations to schools and libraries, as well as to private sessions.
