A Spirituality of Decluttering
We live in a culture of "peak stuff" - many of us are overwhelmed with an excess of objects, papers, piles, clothes, and things we don't use and don't need, yet struggle to let go.
Drawing on spiritual wisdom traditions that emphasize detachment and intentionality, we'll examine how decluttering our physical spaces can free us emotionally and spiritually. Our day will include presentations on spiritual and psychological perspectives of decluttering, practical steps for getting started, as well as time for prayer, meditation, and sharing.
This very useful and practical program will be heldonsite, only. A Luncheon will be served at 12pm.
