During these complex times, the healing circle offers a safe and sacred way to connect to our breath while deepening meditation and mindfulness practices. This practice helps to provide a more compassionate way to live.

The purpose of the Healing Circle is to hold everyone in a sacred space of nurturing ourselves as part of a healthier humanity. This increases compassion for oneself and others and supports a shift from surviving to thriving.

During this session a variety of exercises are offered to prepare ways to create sacred spaces for you and your breath. We will also learn how to use our mind and not be used by it. This online format will be slightly different than when we meet in person.

Schedule: The Healing Circle is held on the 2nd Monday of each month from 10:30 am to 11:30 am via Zoom. You only need to register once, and you will receive an email reminder each month.

Presenter: Beryl Hay

About the Presenter: After retiring from her business career, Beryl continued her interest and study in integrative healing modalities. She has been facilitating the Healing Circle at the Center at Mariandale for the past few years, and now online, sharing reflections on meditation and mindfulness practices to provide support during these dificult times.

How the Online Program Works: Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation, a Zoom link will be emailed to you the morning of the program with the meeting ID, and a phone number and simple instructions. You can join the Zoom visual session from a computer or tablet, or simply phone in.
